Based in Cobh, Ireland, ORT Offshores Team has over 40 years combined experience in the Marine Sector. ORT has been specifically founded to build and operate a Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (CSOV) for the growing Offshore Windfarm Construction, Commissioning and O&M demands that will operate off the Irish, Welsh and Scottish Coasts. The Design being considered is the CSOV T120-20 from Royal IHC
Meet the Team
John O'Regan - Managing Director - John has been working in ship ownership and management for 35 years.
He championed the Irish Flag and registration of vessels under the Irish flag and was successful in this with Irish owned/flagged/home port Cork in the late 80s and continued to champion this vision and brought 5 vessels to the Cork registry by late 90s, running up till 2017.
Matthew Tracey - Finance Director - Matthew has 8 years’ experience in finance and capital markets working on asset and project finance transactions for real assets, including aviation, real estate and shipping containers.
Meg O'Regan - Director - Meg is a graduate of UCC holding a BSc in Financial Mathematics & Actuarial Science. Meg is a Qualified Actuary and has 8 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
